Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout, your location, and the carrier.

Standard shipping is our most economical option, while expedited shipping is available for customers who need your order sooner.

Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been processed. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, with 5–10 business days during high-volume periods.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes. Unopened and unused products may be
returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Because our products are personal-use items, used or opened products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is a product quality issue.
For complete details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Candle Care Questions

Why should I trim my wick to ¼ inch before each burn?

Trimming your wick to ¼ inch before each burn helps your candle perform the way it was designed to.
A properly trimmed wick helps:
◦ Produce a cleaner, more consistent flame.
◦ Reduce soot and smoke.
◦ Prevent the flame from becoming too large.
◦ Slow the burn rate so your candle lasts longer.
◦ Promote a more even melt pool, helping reduce tunneling.
◦ Improve the overall fragrance experience.
Before each burn, allow the candle to cool completely, then trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before relighting.

What is tunneling?

Tunneling happens when a candle burns straight down the center instead of melting evenly across the top. This leaves unused wax around the edges and can shorten the life of your candle.
To help prevent tunneling:
◦ Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
◦ Allow your candle to burn long enough for the melted wax to reach the edges of the container during the first few burns.
◦ Avoid extinguishing the candle too early.

Why does my candle have a "Best After" date?

Your candle is ready to enjoy as soon as you receive it. However, because our candles are hand-poured using our proprietary Grammie's Wax Blend, they continue to cure after they're made.

Allowing your candle to cure until the Best After date gives the fragrance and wax additional time to fully mature, providing the best possible scent throw and overall burn performance.

If you simply can't wait—we completely understand. 😊 Your candle is safe to enjoy right away, but waiting until the Best After date will provide the fullest fragrance experience.

If there's no Best After Date sticker, it means your product is fully cured.
