Grammie’s Candles 4A Cause ships orders within the United States.


Processing Time

Most in-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.

During launch periods, holidays, high-volume times, fundraiser campaigns, or made-to-order restocks, processing may take 5–10 business days. We handcraft and quality-check our products with care, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.


Shipping Methods

Available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Current options may include Economy shipping and Standard shipping.


Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, and selected shipping speed.


Fragile Items

Our candles are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. Because many of our products are handcrafted and may include glass, ceramic, wax embeds, or decorative details, please inspect your order when it arrives.


Warm Weather Notice

Candles and wax products may soften during hot weather or extended time in transit. We do our best to package orders with care, but we cannot control carrier handling, delivery conditions, or outdoor temperatures once an order ships.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable.


Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Grammie’s Candles 4A Cause is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
