Thank you for shopping with Grammie’s Candles 4A Cause. Because our candles and home fragrance products are handcrafted, limited-batch items, we do not accept returns on used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at mygrammiescandles@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Used candles, burned candles, wax melts, custom items, sale items, and limited-edition products are not eligible for return.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.
